I am so paranoid these days I make five copies of everything in five different formats and still the other night I got a 'This DVD was written with an unrecognised format'. whuppps our system crashed an all your files are gone. what files? Which brings to another question how often do you back up everything, how many times and on what? (I don't have the right visa to make money here.) I should add that that's for free and we won't try to sell you anything. If you ever get around to visiting me, bring an empty portable hard-drive, or a couple of USB sticks, your guitar, a nice whisky (optional), and we can try and play a few chords together waiting for your disks to fill up. Needless to say, my downloads are all legal ones. Of course, how long it takes to download a movie depends upon how stable/fast your internet connection is. If you can't connect your computer/laptop via a HDMI cable to your TV, you can burn your own DVDs and slap them into your DVD player. My biggest "problem" is what should I watch tonight? ![]() I download three or four movies every day of the week. It's not rocket science to download movies off the internet and play them back on your TV screen. Having said that, I think that movies on DVDs are a bit passe.
